You place your order online, it maybe for a few or 10+ items, order status is Paid, this is available 24/7. Please note it takes longer to process orders of 10 or more random items than to pack 2 items.
We are not in 24/7, on business days (excluding weekends/public holidays) we locate your items and pack your order, this may take 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS, if we have many and there is a backlog or a public holiday it may take longer.
Once it is packed it is sent out the NEXT DAY, using EXPRESS, the process is not express, the postal service is EXPRESS, once it is sent your order status is Shipped and you will recieve a tracking number, if you dont you can check back on the site.
Order Status Meaning:
| Paid: | Payment has been recieved. |
| Shipped: | Payment has been recieved and tracking number has been issued. |
| Cancelled: | Payment has been cancelled and NOT been recieved. |

Notes: Many orders may appear Cancelled as you have clicked back and forward on the checkout, this is OK, just verify that at least one order has status of Paid or Shipped on that date the rest are ignored.
